Pastry Chef

Stacey is the Pastry Chef at Grill 23, where she leads the pastry team in creating the restaurant’s signature desserts, from coconut cake to warm cornbread muffins. She began her career at Legal Harborside in the Seaport, moved on to become Pastry Chef at Catalyst in Cambridge, and later spent six years as Pastry Sous Chef at Grill 23 before stepping into her current role.

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Food Service Management degree specializing in pastry, Stacey is known for her love of ice cream making and her hands-on, hardworking approach in the kitchen. She has represented Grill 23 in the Rise and Rumble competition multiple times and is committed to continuing the restaurant’s legacy of outstanding desserts. 

Stacey lives in Whitman, MA, and enjoys concerts with her husband—they attended more than a dozen this year. She also loves video games, gardening, and spending time with her cat, Emmie. ..
